Dr. Steve Mbua is a Christian leader, revivalist, author, educator, and conference speaker with more than three decades of ministry experience. He is the founder of City Revival Church in Salado, Texas, and has served extensively across Southern Africa and the United States.
His passion is raising leaders who impact both the Church and society through biblical wisdom, spiritual authority, integrity, and transformational leadership. As President of City Revival University, he provides vision and leadership for developing spiritually empowered and academically grounded Kingdom leaders.

Rev. Lydienne Caroline Mbua specializes in leadership development, institutional transformation, women’s empowerment, mentorship, and spiritual formation. Her interdisciplinary expertise spans theology, translation studies, cross-cultural communication, and organizational development.
She is passionate about preparing emerging leaders to serve with purpose, resilience, and excellence while fostering ethical leadership and community transformation.
