Flora Nelson

Flora Nelson brings a wealth of experience in human resources, social work, higher education, and community service to the Board of Regents of City Revival University.


Throughout her professional career, Flora worked in corporate Human Resources, where she developed extensive expertise in people management, organizational development, and supporting individuals within professional environments. Following her early retirement, she dedicated herself to voluntary service among orphaned children during the AIDS pandemic, reflecting her compassion and commitment to serving vulnerable communities.


Driven by a desire to expand her capacity to serve others, Flora pursued a four-year Honours degree in Social Work. She later served as a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Johannesburg, contributing to the training and development of future social work professionals.


Flora’s journey reflects a lifelong commitment to people, learning, and service. As a Regent, she brings valuable insight into human development, leadership formation, and the importance of cultivating leaders who serve with compassion, integrity, and excellence.
