
Dr. Seraphine Ngangyu Kwanje
Dr. Seraphine Ngangyu Kwanje is a respected legal scholar, educator, and governance professional with extensive experience in higher education, legal research, and institutional leadership. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in International Aspects of Law, a Master of Laws (LLM) in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from North-West University, South Africa.
Throughout her academic career, Dr. Kwanje has lectured in a broad range of legal disciplines, including Criminal Law, Commercial Law, Contract Law, Corporate Crimes, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She has supervised undergraduate and postgraduate research, developed academic curricula, and contributed to legal scholarship through research focused on criminal justice, human rights, and contemporary legal issues.
In addition to her academic accomplishments, Dr. Kwanje has served in key governance positions, including Board Secretary of Boikago SACCO and Vice-Chairperson of the National Secondary Co-operative Bank (NSCB). These leadership roles have strengthened her expertise in corporate governance, strategic oversight, policy development, and institutional accountability.
